ABOUT CROSSRIVER

We believe achieving your fitness goals begins with restoring mobility through functional movements, building strength, and maintaining a workout regimen. We will guide you through every exercise while teaching functional fitness, mobility techniques, and fascia tissue release. Our holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time. We've helped our clients achieve their goals with exercise programs that are fun and leave you wanting more.

 

Private Training

Work with a trainer one on one, or with a partner. Private sessions provide you with specialized workouts to help you effectively achieve your specific fitness goals.

Open Gym

Open gym memberships allow you the flexibility to work out at your own convenience. During open gym hours, you can use any of the equipment in our 2 floor facility

Group Classes

Our group classes focus on functional strength and conditioning. Group classes are offered multiple times throughout the day and are led by various trainers.

Myofascial release

Myofascial release treatments stretch and loosen fascia tissue to reduce tightness and restore mobility. We use various release techniques and also offer body tempering. 

 

What makes Ashley a “great” trainer? Bottom line - He truly cares about his clients and that is obvious with each and every one of his clients day in and day out. I have had several trainers throughout my life and hands down Ashley is the best. Several of other clients have expressed to me just how happy they are with him and his ability to keep them motivated and strong. His techniques build your endurance and push you to new heights you never even knew you could reach. He is truly skilled in pushing you hard enough to achieve results with each training session.
